Annie Sloan has been selling her distinctive ranges of paint since 1991. Our paint is made in Belgium where the highest standards are kept in regards to the environment.
| Annie Sloan offers you a range of French and Belgian fabrics such as tickings, linens, toiles and the very special double width fabrics (280cm/108 ins). These extra wide fabrics come from the tradition of using fabrics on the wall rather than wallpaper. Today we use them on the wall but we also find them useful for making curtains and covering sofas or bedcovers as there are no seams to sew.
Visit the shop and you will also see a very comprehensive collection of fabric sample books chosen by Annie Sloan to work with her style.

We seek to guide you not to tell you what to have in your interior, but using Annie Sloan's eye, the direction will have a strong and individual character.
* We love to take a piece of furniture and make it a special Annie Sloan painted signature piece.
* We like to make curtains and soft furnishings with our own particuar characteristic look using the hand finish tailored and structured look of a Saville Row suit, as well as pleats, overstitching and gathers to name a few to make your soft furnishing special.
* We like our designs to be a little quirky, bohemian chic and individual, but we love classic and traditional too especially practically anything from the eighteenth century.
* We like to use tone and colour in a room so the eye and spirit is calmed and excited.
* We favour natural materials such as stone, chalk, old wood, cottons, linens and silks with textured soft Chalk Paint of course.
ANNIE SLOAN Interior Design is a service for large and small projects, from soft furnishings to full project management.
We undertake resedential work as well as small contracts for hotels, restaurants and offices.
Initial consultations are £150 plus VAT within a 20 mile radius of Oxford. London consultations are £200 (plus VAT). The designer will spend 1 hour at your home, and arrange a consequent meeting at which a mood board will be presented to the client. If the client decides to proceed with the scheme, a detailed written quotation is prepared and sent for approval. A 60% deposit is required before the project commences. If further consultation meetings are sought, for advice separate to the initial scheme, a fee of £50/hr plus VAT is required.

| Along with all the fabrics, paint and new pieces we have in our shop, you will find an ever changing collection of vintage furniture and finds. These are all painted using our paints to give our distinctive French and Parisian distressed or textured painted style or covered in one of our fabrics.

Creating a piece of bespoke ANNIE SLOAN furniture is a design process rather than an established formula.
We ask the client a lot of questions to find out the exact practical needs as well as anwering the aesthetic needs. Designs are done by hand usually rather than by using computer graphic packages.

Curtains
We are specialists in making high quality handmade and individual bespoke curtains, Roman blinds and Swedish blinds.
Whether you want standard lined pencil pleat curtains or something with a little more individuality we are
We offer ivory, white or cream lining as well as a large variety of coloured linings as well as many innovative and interesting linings/ .
with trimmings and buttons to create a distinct finish in response to your individual window. We can incorporate structured or unstructured, floppy or skirted headings to suit.
Reupholstering, recovering or making loose covers can breathe new life into old pieces of furniture. We take vintage pieces and find new answers to update them. Individual cushions, using a combination of trimmings and fabric can be created to accentuate the piece. Light restoration is also possible when required.
